Shipping policy

Shipping & Order Processing 

  • DopeKTCHN Sweets, LLC ships throughout the United States using UPS as our third party shipping carrier. 

  • Orders are shipped nationwide via UPS Tuesday-Thursday. We do not ship nationwide on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, and holidays. Please note: If you order over the weekend your order will not start processing until that following Monday. 

  • Orders are not shipped over a weekend and are not delivered on Sundays or on the following major holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Nationwide Shipping Guarantee 

  • Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the 50 United States and Puerto Rico. 

  • Shipments are not available to ship to US territories. 

  • UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes of Military Boxes 

  • DopeKTCHN Sweets, LLC is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Shipments that are returned or required rerouting due to incorrect addressed will be subject to additional charged for reshipment and/or relabeling. 

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the contents of the package are stored in a refrigerator or freezer promptly after delivery.

  • Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather or operational delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates. 

  • DopeKTCHN Sweets, LLC is not responsible for delays due to weather conditions or other naturals causes beyond our control. 

  • All of our products are perishable, we suggest you ship your order to an address where someone is available to receive it in a timely manner.

Guaranteed Freshness

  • Each of our products is handmade to order in small batches to ensure the highest quality and taste for you to enjoy! 

  • When an order gets shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and your order will arrive no later than 2-3 business days. 

  • All shipments are sent in an insulated box with cold packs to ensure the quality and freshness of our products during transit. Pease note: The cold packs may no longer be frozen upon arrival, which is perfectly fine! Cold packs help the goodies stay cold during transit.

Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, DopeKTCHN Sweets, LLC does not accept returns. 

  • There are no returns are exchanges. 

  • Circumstanced Pending, DopeKTCHN Sweets, LLC will issue a credit or re-order. All store credits last only 3 months from the date issued.

  • If for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us via info@dopektchnsweets.com within 2 days of when the package was received and we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your experience. 

Payment Information 

  • DopeKTCHN Sweets, LLC accepts all major cards. 

Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders may not be cancelled within two business days of the ship date. For order cancellation or modification requests, please email us at info@dopektchnsweets.com immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however, such requests may not be possible due to the order processing and production schedule. 

Is our packaging reusable/recyclable? 

  • Yes! All of our packaging is 100% reusable and recyclable. Our custom packaging is all reusable and of course recyclable. Once you enjoy all the good stuff out of the custom packaging you could use it to package your favorite jams, spices, and much more. Oh yeah! We can not forget that our insulated lined cardboard box are both recyclable.
